The farm had business accounts to slander companies, products, and brands, as well as political ones. The trails led journalists further, to the Art-Media agency, to circles associated with "Najwyższy Czas" and "Gazeta Polska," to names in the orbit of Antoni Macierewicz and Bartłomiej Misiewicz. I saw how easily a real person disappears behind an avatar, and the avatar begins to shape a debate that no one explicitly ordered, only paid for the chaos or falsehood of specific events. The troll farm didn't need us to believe in it. It was enough that we click, comment, and recognize as important and significant the voice produced on commission. PiS didn't have to paint the sign "PiS troll farm" on the office door to benefit from it. In practice, within the power camp, there was a mechanism that Newsweek's investigation exposed bluntly. It was fake accounts that coordinated hatred, defended TVP and Jacek Kurski, and attacked Owsiak, WOŚP, and Paweł Adamowicz, along with public money from PFRON that helped sustain this industry. It was a political infrastructure of lies, distorting the image of Poland as "Poland in ruins," pumping propaganda and sowing hate speech under the guise of "ordinary citizens." 🇵🇱 Polska ma gigantyczny problem demograficzny. Wskaźnik urodzeń spada od lat i jeśli nie podejmiemy radykalnych działań naprawczych, to czeka nas demograficzna katastrofa. Jednym z pomysłów opracowanych przez Stowarzyszenie @RozwojPlus jest pensja rodzicielska - świadczenie dla rodziców dzieci do 3 roku życia. Wierzymy, że może to być skuteczne narzędzie zachęcające młodych ludzi do podjęcia decyzji o powiększeniu rodziny. 💬 Czy to najlepszy pomysł? Być może ktoś ma lepszy. Dlatego chcemy o nich dyskutować, a idea pensji rodzicielskiej jest zachęceniem do takiej dyskusji. Niestety zamiast przedstawić swój pomysł na rozwiązanie problemu demograficznego Przewodniczący Mentzen nazywa nasz pomysł szkodliwym rozdawnictwem. I jak prawie zawsze sięga po manipulacje zarzucając mi zadłużanie państwa. 📊 Jeśli ktoś jest doktorem ekonomii, to powinien znać podstawowe pojęcia z zakresu finansów publicznych i trzymać się faktów. Więc przypomnę - przez cały okres moich rządów średni deficyt sektora finansów publicznych utrzymywał się poniżej 3% PKB (dokładnie 2,76% PKB w latach 2016 - 2023). Przypomnę również - choć Pan Mentzen to na pewno doskonale wie, że jest to miara obejmująca wszystkie wydatki państwa, także te w funduszach takich jak BGK czy PFR. Ta miara obejmuje także ekstraordynaryjne wydatki takie jak tarcze pomocowe, antyinflacyjne czy zwiększone wydatki na zbrojenia. 💰 Zadłużanie państwa? Udało się je zbić w relacji do PKB poniżej 50% (2015 - 51,3% a 2023 - 49,6%). Każdy ekonomista wie, że dług należy porównywać właśnie w relacji do PKB. Ponadto proszę zwrócić uwagę na naszą strukturę plasowania długu. Po pierwsze, był on głównie denominowany w złotówkach, a krajowa waluta zapewnia duże bezpieczeństwo i impregnuje państwo na ryzyko zmiany kursów walutowych. Po drugie jego nabywcami były przede wszystkim banki prowadzące swoją działalność na terenie Polski (a więc takie, które finansują się depozytami Polaków i polskich firm - proszę popatrzeć na strukturę bilansową!), polskie fundusze inwestycyjne, OFE i wreszcie bezpośrednio sami Polacy. Kto jest wierzycielem tego długu? Tak - sami Polacy, albo bezpośrednio jak to jest w przypadku obligacji detalicznych czy certyfikatów inwestycyjnych i udziałowych albo pośrednio jak w przypadku struktury aktywów i pasywów banków. 📈 Przyjrzyjmy się też samej strukturze dochodów budżetowych. Sławomir Mentzen uwielbia powtarzać narrację o masie podatków i danin wprowadzanych za moich czasów. Porównajmy to najpierw kwotowo. Po stronie dochodowej sektora finansów publicznych podwyżki podatków czy opłat przyniosły sektorowi finansów publicznych dodatkowo ok. 33 - 35 mld zł. Z kolei wszystkie obniżki podatków wprowadzone przeze mnie kosztowały sektor finansów publicznych nawet 90 mld zł ubytku. Jak udało się to załatać? Poprzez uszczelnienie systemu podatkowego. Jak podaje obecne Ministerstwo Finansów wpływy podatkowo - składkowe w latach 2015 - 2023 urosły w relacji do PKB o 2,6 pp. To jest realna miara łatania dziur podatkowych. I to dokonanej, mimo że obniżki podatków w tym okresie były większe niż ich rzekomo „rekordowe podwyżki”. 📉 Popatrzmy teraz na strukturę tych zmian w podatkach. Obniżki to przede wszystkim podwyższenie drugiego progu podatkowego do 120 tysięcy złotych, podwyższenie kwoty wolnej od podatku do 30 tysięcy złotych, obniżenie PIT do 12%, obniżenie CIT do 9% dla mniejszych firm czy upowszechnienie niskich i stałych stawek podatku ryczałtowego dla przedsiębiorców. Podwyżki? Owszem składka zdrowotna przyniosła dodatkowe 8 mld zł. Z jednej strony wprowadziła większą sprawiedliwość do naszego systemu podatkowego, ale z drugiej powinna być bardziej dopasowana pod MŚP. Pozostałe daniny, którymi Pan Mentzen lubi szafować to np. opłata dotycząca jachtów czy od wprowadzanych ścieków. Ale ilu z nas ma budynki o wartości 10 mln zł albo wprowadza ścieki przemysłowe do rzek lub ilu parkuje swój jacht przy jakiejś przystani? ⚖️ Polityka proponowana przez Sławomira Mentzena to prywatyzowanie zysków i uspołecznianie kosztów. Natomiast według mojej logiki lepiej obniżać podatki dla zdecydowanej większości społeczeństwa, a usprawniać system wobec tych, którzy chcą parkować swoje jachty na koszt nas wszystkich lub unikać opodatkowania swoich wieżowców i wyprowadzać majątek za granicę. #Polska #Demografia #Ekonomia
