Chrzanik described the exchange of words between Kołodziejczak and Rutkowski, in which a question was raised about whether it is a matter of slander or if the interlocutor feels guilty. In response, the interlocutor reportedly said that what happens behind closed doors is more important to him than in front of the cameras. Chrzanik commented that even Bareja would not have invented such a duo. https://t.co/ZJqjGNtozi #kołodziejczak #rutkowski #polityka (translated)

Petenucci 2d

Petenucci published an open letter to MP Michał Kołodziejczak, in which he offered him free assistance in crisis management related to the tape scandal. He wrote that he considers the politician to be lost and deemed the interest in his case disproportionate compared to the accusations regarding drug use and behavior towards two women. The author claimed that there are people close to the prime minister involved in more serious controversies. He named, among others, a man who he believes is connected to associates of organized crime groups, corruption accusations against people in the prime minister's circle, a pedophilia and zoophilia scandal among Civic Coalition activists, and the case of doctor Kacprzyk, to whom he attributed fraud and scams. He also pointed to MAP, Balczun and unfavorable fuel and gas agreements with Ukraine, which he wrote could cost the state billions. Petenucci advised Kołodziejczak not to make statements or apologize. He also accused the Civic Coalition of a selective approach to women's rights, citing the invitation of Vitali Klitschko to Campus Poland and his annual meetings with the President of Warsaw, Rafał Trzaskowski. He predicted that the Kołodziejczak case would naturally disappear from the headlines when another controversy arises, possibly before Wednesday. He signed the letter as Konstanty Migacz, an expert in image and crisis management. #Polska #Wizerunek #Kryzys (translated)

Deweloperuch.pl wrote that the Sejm rejected an amendment which, according to the author, would have given members of housing cooperatives greater influence in prohibiting short-term rentals in their buildings. The author claimed that the adopted regulations would require support from half of all members of the cooperative, not just half of the participants at the general meeting. As an example, he mentioned the Warsaw Housing Cooperative, which he estimates has around 27,000 members. This would mean the need to gather 13,500 people, which Deweloperuch.pl deemed virtually impossible. He added that it would only take half the votes of those present at the general meeting to dissolve the cooperative. The author argued that the regulations would make it difficult for residents to block short-term rental activities, and their effects would be felt in many older parts of cities and tenement houses. He also wrote that the amendment was proposed by politicians from Poland 2050, the Left, and the Together Party, but it was rejected by the votes of the Civic Coalition, PSL, and the Confederation. According to Deweloperuch.pl, the regulations will deliberately limit the ability of cooperatives to prohibit such rentals. #spółdzielnie #mieszkalnictwo #polityka (translated)

BPM Chief Marcin Przydacz summarized the ongoing visit of the President of the Republic of Poland and his spouse to the Philippines. He wrote that it included a conversation with President Marcos about bilateral relations, especially economic ones, and about Poland's future in the G20 group. He noted that the Philippines chaired ASEAN this year and was set to host a summit of the organization with the participation of the President of the United States in a few weeks. According to Przydacz, Poland's voice before this meeting was important. Przydacz wrote that the President took a group of entrepreneurs to the Philippines, and during the visit, a Polish-Filipino business summit in the IT sector took place, which was patronized by President Nawrocki. He expressed hope that the meeting would yield positive results. He also mentioned the President's lecture at the University of Santo Tomas, aimed at young Filipinos, which was intended to present the potential of Poland and its economy as well as the country's growing political role. Przydacz assessed that the President's contacts with Manny Pacquiao, an eight-time world champion, former senator, and then minister for poverty alleviation, helped promote Poland and the Polish brand in the Philippines and Southeast Asia. He wrote that he considered this aspect of the visit to be particularly effective and emphasized that Poland should be promoted in a modern way. #Polska #Filipiny #dyplomacja (translated)

Authorities in action reported that 43-year-old Michał P., a plumber operating in Warsaw, was suspected of murdering six women. According to the entry, a seventh woman died of a heart attack during a robbery, and the suspect allegedly acted with two accomplices, citizens of Ukraine. The authors of the entry stated that investigators were examining dozens of deaths of elderly individuals, previously deemed natural, that could be related to the suspect. According to their accounts, he chose lonely senior women and men, gained their trust, and then returned under various pretenses to rob and kill them. Authorities in action conveyed that police analyzed about 75,000 photographs from Michał P.'s phone and re-verified the deaths of seniors. Citing unofficial information, the authors of the entry wrote that the suspect was said to have suffocated elderly individuals with a pillow, arranged them in beds, and locked the doors to stage a natural death. According to the entry, one of the police officers working on the case assessed that the suspect might have the longest victim list among serial killers in Poland, and possibly also in Europe. Authorities in action noted that further findings could change the scale of the case. #Zabójca #Kryminalistyka #Polska (translated)

We have the ability to overinterpret. The Tu-95MS disaster caused a lot of speculation. Meanwhile, there is no point in speculating. We shouldn't attribute any intentions to people suggesting things, as legends then circulate. Operational commander, Maj. Gen. pilot Ireneusz Nowak, sarcastically wrote that "Perhaps this particular one was the carrier of the Ch-101, which ended its flight near Tarnawa!" Just that, and that is enough. I am lucky to personally know General Nowak; he is from the old guard of the F-16, people trained in the USA, pilots often retrained by veterans of American military actions, mentally shaped as "tactical minded." Among this group were the first base commanders, division generals Darek Malinowski and Czarek Wiśniewski, along with Jacek Pszczoła, also a division general, a laid-back person who cannot be ruffled, and at the door of his office in Łask, there was at one time a sticker with a large wasp. They are exceptionally competent people, calm but capable of making quick decisions and unafraid of the responsibility for them. Another characteristic feature is truly outstanding intelligence. Why am I writing about this? Because people at this intellectual level often fall into the trap that what is clear and obvious to them is incomprehensible to others, and their minds drift into fascinating directions, to places that make one’s hair stand on end, wondering how it is even possible. That was the case this time as well. The flood of comments is overwhelming; personally, I was stunned. Scholars of the holy scripture wrote that the general suggests it was Polish saboteurs from Kedyw-bis. What can drop on a person's head, drops (in my case, my jaw, both hands, and the other leg). Maj. Gen. Ireneusz Nowak DOES NOT SUGGEST ANYTHING LIKE THAT. This is a gross overinterpretation. He only wrote that it may have been this Tu-95MS that fired the Ch-101 missile, which landed in Poland, as established as a result of deliberate action, not a mistake (such an impact point was in the navigational system’s memory, the only chance for a mistake being incorrect input of coordinates, which is very unlikely). Additionally, the missile did perform a classic "bump" with a vertical attack, driving into the ground almost at a right angle to it, executing the attack at the programmed location. Since the Tu-95MS belonging to the 22nd Guards Donbas Heavy Bomber Division from Engels (now Olenia) and to the 326th Tarnopol Heavy Bomber Division from Ukraine rotate to Engels or, less frequently, to Akhtubinsk to fire the Ch-101 at Ukraine for several hours, it is theoretically possible that this aircraft launched that missile (about 1 in 40 odds, as there are that many of them). What Maj. Gen. Ireneusz Nowak REALLY suggested, Mark Rutte, the Secretary General of NATO, somewhat more directly stated. The experienced politician knows that you have to lay it on the line for the simpletons because they will twist everything. They will make things up, add remarks, and generally go off in the wrong direction. Mark Rutte said several really important things: "Vladimir Putin knows he can never win against NATO; NATO is so strong that Russia has no chance of overcoming it." What does this mean? That NATO MUST BE UNITARY. WE MUST NOT ALLOW OURSELVES TO BE DIVIDED. He added: "NATO will defend every square kilometer of its territory. There is no doubt about it, and Putin knows this (...) If anything happens, we are ready to respond." “Well, first, about the word 'hybrid' – I have said this many times already. It sounds a bit too mild, almost cozy. In reality, we are talking about aggressive tactics in the gray zone. What we are dealing with is hostile drones, acts of diversion, sabotage, and even massive cyberattacks." "But I want to make it clear: we have all the response options we need. You will not always see them publicly. They will not always be symmetrical. It will not always operate on a 'tit for tat' basis, but I assure you that we have the tools for effective response, and the Russians know this perfectly well." THIS IS KEY. NATO IS NOT PASSIVE. NATO has many different tools for hybrid responses to Russia's hybrid attacks. And if Maj. Gen. Nowak suggested anything, IT WAS JUST THAT. You just need to understand it, know the context, listen to the statements of leading NATO politicians, and everything will become clear. And further Mark Rutte: “I do not claim that these malicious actions in the gray zone do not affect us. They do affect us, and sometimes it is very evident. However, our response can be multidimensional. Let’s look at the past. When, at the end of 2025, an underwater cable between Finland and Estonia was damaged, we launched Operation Baltic Sentry to protect our critical dilatory infrastructure. This was an example of a symmetrical response. But what happens next is asymmetric actions. More and more allies, such as Sweden, the United Kingdom, Belgium, or France, are taking coordinated steps to maximize the disruption of the Russian 'shadow fleet'. We are doing everything to make those rusted tankers stop generating the profits the Kremlin uses to fund its war machine." "Yesterday, the Supreme Allied Commander in Europe (SACEUR) stated plainly: 'Whenever you are able, when you are almost certain that the Russians stand behind an attack, publicly assign them the blame.' Just like Estonia did today. I fully support this and encourage it. Share all intelligence information with NATO and SHAPE structures. Russia continues its reckless campaign of hostile actions against NATO, trying to weaken our resolve and force us to stop supporting Kyiv. But it is failing. Our message to Moscow is clear: in response to any actions in the gray zone, we will do even more for Ukraine, not less. Because ultimately their only goal is to divide us so we lose focus and start arguing among ourselves." NATO is responding. NATO is providing Ukraine with a lot of ammunition. And Ukraine sends it further, to where it needs to land with a bang. NATO makes it harder for the shadow fleet to operate. It combats Russian spy networks; since the outbreak of the full-scale war in Ukraine in February 2022, NATO member states have expelled around 750 Russian diplomats: Bulgaria 83, Germany 80, Romania 52, Poland 45, France 40. How many "one-time saboteurs" are recruited in Russia for pennies remains a sweet mystery. But there, strangely enough, many different failures occur: trains derail, various things catch fire, blackouts appear, etc. Much of this is done by Ukrainians, but is it all? Who knows, who knows... Today, such saboteurs are rented online for pennies, massively, like cheap drones. They do it, and can we? And how do you know that there are no other intrigues? For example, discreet info in Kremlin circles that one is conspiring against another. Therefore, NATO has tools and can respond, which it is doing. Mainly in the field of cyberattacks that Russia is feeling. As for the Tu-95MS itself - if three engines go out at once, assuming it is true, in most cases it is due to fuel issues, either a break in fuel supply to the engines or fuel contamination, blocked filters, etc. Ukraine has seriously damaged the refineries producing aviation fuel. Often this production has been taken over by other refineries when technically possible. You can easily guess the quality of this fuel. So there could have been "not enough kerosene in the kerosene." Another issue is that the intensive use, these long hours of flights from Ukraine or Olenia to Engels, suspending missiles, and flying to launch over the Caspian Sea (if something goes wrong, the missile falls into the water), and then returning to the home base is about resources, resources, resources... Old bombers and their engines are wearing out at an accelerated pace. How do you think maintenance, spare parts, and technical servicing levels are? Well, exactly, the Russian bomber fleet is systematically degrading, and this can only be pleasing. Because we don't need those bombers for anything. In the picture, a "noisy cricket," the Tu-95MS, code-named "Bear" by NATO. Phot. Runet Dear friends, if you like it, and if I should dedicate my time to it, if you want to read something, I will ask for a coffee, it’s only 10 or 20 PLN. If you want to have knowledge of what a deceptive world we lived in, read this. If you want to be aware of what awaits us, read this. This may be my most important text. Once, "trolls" were farm workers who wrote what they were dictated. Now troll farms are collapsing because bots are replacing humans. Today, one moderately skilled programmer could control 100,000 bots. Hence the conflicts; troll farms are no longer needed, so why pay them? I saw a troll farm from the outside. I didn't enter their structures, I didn't create a fake account with a flag in the description, and I didn't write under the teachers' strike that children are hostages. I watched from a distance, at the network, at the comments that appeared quickly, too quickly, too consistently, too often on the same issues. And at the company that functioned for years like an ordinary e-PR agency. In 2019, an investigation by Newsweek and the Reporters' Foundation showed that the Wrocław Cat@Net was not just another agency for "creating a presence on social media." It was an organized troll farm. A dozen people managed over 170 fake profiles on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. The content reached millions of recipients. The business was co-financed from PFRON, as the company employed disabled individuals and could offer clients tax deductions. From November 2015 to August 2019, Cat@Net received around 1.5 million zlotys from the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons. From the outside, it looked innocent. An advertisement for teleworking, a student or graduate needed after journalism, working from home, "skillful influencing of recipients." Clients included large companies, small businesses, public administration, private individuals. In practice, accounts were built like characters from a series. A right-wing patriot from Żoliborz, a traditionalist, a student, a chatterbox. A photo from university, a post about lunch, and then, when a scandal erupted, a flood of comments. Teachers' strike - children as hostages, teachers are egoists in expensive scarves. TVP and Jacek Kurski - defense, image warming, attacks on critics. After the death of Paweł Adamowicz, blaming WOŚP and Owsiak, comparisons meant to shift responsibility from public television. What struck the most was not ideology, but flexibility. The farm had business accounts to slander companies, products, and brands, as well as political ones. It worked for TVP, but also for PiS politicians when they needed support before the European Parliament elections. Trolls from the same agency could publicly argue, but only according to a script. It wasn't about beliefs. It was about commission. The trails led journalists further, to the Art-Media agency, to circles associated with "Najwyższy Czas" and "Gazeta Polska," to names in the orbit of Antoni Macierewicz and Bartłomiej Misiewicz. I saw how easily a real person disappears behind an avatar, and the avatar begins to shape a debate that no one explicitly ordered, only paid for the chaos or falsehood of specific events. The troll farm didn't need us to believe in it. It was enough that we click, comment, and recognize as important and significant the voice produced on commission. PiS didn't have to paint the sign "PiS troll farm" on the office door to benefit from it. In practice, within the power camp, there was a mechanism that Newsweek's investigation exposed bluntly. It was fake accounts that coordinated hatred, defended TVP and Jacek Kurski, and attacked Owsiak, WOŚP, and Paweł Adamowicz, along with public money from PFRON that helped sustain this industry. It was a political infrastructure of lies, distorting the image of Poland as "Poland in ruins," pumping propaganda and sowing hate speech under the guise of "ordinary citizens." As long as a troll was right according to the line of power, no one in this environment asked whether the account was real. They only asked whether the post hit the opponent. #InstituteOfTruth #InstytutPrawdy #dezinformacja #trolle #media (translated)
