Drahomíra Bačkorová wrote that during her studies at university, she wore long skirts and oversized sweaters, read Nietzsche, Sartre, Dostoevsky, and Kerouac, went to films by Fellini, Buñuel, and Bergman, and acted in avant-garde theater. Instead of lectures, she discussed existential questions and traveled to Prague for exhibitions and concerts by Iva Bittová. Now, she said she was going there in jeans after her daughter and a second-hand coat to see a film with Brad Pitt.
