Il superiore interesse del minore e il principio di non discriminazione devono venire prima di tutto, anche quando una misura tecnicamente “funziona”. Se, come dichiarato dallo stesso sindaco, molti mancati pagamenti erano semplicemente dimenticanze, il problema poteva essere affrontato direttamente con gli adulti. Gli strumenti esistono: solleciti, rateizzazioni, recupero dei crediti e coinvolgimento dei servizi sociali quando necessario. Sono strumenti rivolti a chi ha effettivamente il debito, ovvero i genitori. Abbiamo sostenuto la lista civica Farina Sindaco proprio per lo spirito di rinnovamento con cui si era presentata. Ci auguriamo che quello stesso spirito continui a guidare le scelte dell’amministrazione, senza riprodurre metodi e logiche di una politica che non ci rappresenta.
