🚨 Estado português quer fechar casas de apostas ilegais O Turismo de Portugal contratou a empresa francesa Sharp Vision para identificar plataformas de apostas online que operam ilegalmente no país. O objetivo passa por localizar os sites sem licença e permitir o seu bloqueio. A empresa, especializada em tecnologia aplicada à regulação e à conformidade, foi contratada por um período de um ano pelo Serviço de Regulação e Inspeção de Jogos (SRIJ), organismo integrado no Turismo de Portugal. O combate ao jogo ilegal é uma das prioridades da entidade, numa altura em que vários influenciadores digitais continuam a promover, através das redes sociais, casas de apostas sem autorização para operar em Portugal. O contrato de prestação de serviços foi assinado no final de julho e representa um investimento de quase 20 milhões de euros. Segundo Manuel Castro Almeida, ministro da Economia, o mercado do jogo online movimenta 24 mil milhões de euros. Fim das bets fará União perder cerca de R$ 800 milhões por mês e exigirá ajustes no Orçamento. Essa é a média mensal de arrecadação com as plataformas. De janeiro a agosto de 2026, foram R$ 6,3 bilhões. Desde o início do mercado regulado, em janeiro de 2025, a União arrecadou R$ 15,3 bilhões em impostos sobre o setor. Como o Orçamento de 2027 já contava com essa receita, o Governo terá de encontrar uma forma de compensar a perda. A regulamentação de 2023 criou uma cobrança de 12% sobre a receita bruta das bets, além de outros impostos. Uma lei aprovada em 2025 elevou essa taxa gradualmente, até 15% em 2028. Cada empresa autorizada também pagou R$ 30 milhões por uma licença de 5 anos. No 1º semestre de 2026, havia 84 bets licenciadas, responsáveis por 193 marcas. A receita bruta dessas empresas foi de R$ 20,28 bilhões, alta de 6,2% sobre os R$ 19,09 bilhões do mesmo período de 2025. Em todo o ano passado, foram R$ 40,69 bilhões.
